Embodiments relate to systems and methods for performing an operational assessment of a facility. An exemplary method includes a server system processor; a server system communication interface accessible by the server system processor; and providing a facility information management server system comprising a server system memory storing server system executable program instructions accessible by the server system processor; receiving a request from a client device, wherein the received request indicates that a facility operational assessment is to be performed in connection with the facility; retrieving, by the facility information management server system, facility operation evaluation data from a facility information repository database associated with the evaluated facility in response to the received request; determining a facility operation evaluation result based on the retrieved facility operation evaluation data; and transmitting the determined facility operation evaluation result to the client device.
