The present disclosure provides multiple genes for assessing the risk of various clinical endpoints, such as clinical recurrence (CR), biochemical recurrence (BCR), distant metastasis (Mets), and prostate cancer death (PCD) in patients with prostate cancer- Expression-based Genomic Prostate Score™ (GPS™) algorithm. In some embodiments, GPS results are determined for low and moderate risk prostate cancer patients to help determine a treatment strategy for those patients.
