The present invention relates to a slope reinforcement retaining wall height determination method and a slope reinforcement retaining wall. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a slope-reinforcing mathematical model, and generating a plurality of soil layer parameter samples; calculating safety factors of the plurality of soil layer parameter samples to obtain a plurality of unstable samples of which safety factors are less than 1; determining stable states of the unstable samples under different set retaining wall heights to obtain the number of the unstable samples in which failures due to instability occur under the different set retaining wall heights, thereby obtaining the relationship between the set retaining wall heights and a failure probability of a slope; and determining, according to the obtained relationship between the set retaining wall heights and the failure probability, a retaining wall height value required for construction. By using the method of the present invention, the failure probability of the slope can be effectively reduced.
