QUASI-REAL-TIME DATA COLLECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD ADAPTED TO COMPETITIVE POWER MARKET

A quasi-real-time data collection system adapted to a competitive power market. The system comprises: distributed data gathering units, a centralized data gathering unit and a main collection station, wherein the distributed data gathering unit is connected to an intelligent electric energy meter by means of a downlink communication module inside the distributed data gathering unit, and same configures, by means of a collection task and collection solution configuration module inside the distributed data gathering unit, collection data item parameters and task execution parameters, which comprise: a quasi-real-time collection task, a 15-minute curve task, a daily data-freezing task and a monthly data-freezing task; the centralized data gathering unit is connected to the main collection station by means of a file conversion and uplink communication module inside the centralized data gathering unit; the centralized data gathering unit and several distributed data gathering units are connected by means of an HPLC local communication network formed by an HPLC communication main module inside the centralized data gathering unit and HPLC communication sub-modules inside the distributed data gathering units. By means of the present invention, concurrent asynchronous reading is realized, and the timeliness of power utilization data is greatly improved; moreover, the method and the system have good application prospects.
