The present invention relates to a method for generating educational foreign language text by adjusting the difficulty level of text, a computer program therefor, and an apparatus therefor. According to the present invention, pieces of certain foreign language text that are present online or offline can be provided as educational foreign language text into which the pieces of certain foreign language text have been converted to be fit for the target difficulty level desired by a user. In other words, when drawing up foreign language questions, the cost for creating text is very high. However, according to the present invention, text for various types of English tests such as Scholastic Aptitude Test and TOEIC, or for English education can be created at a low cost. In addition, there is an advantage of generating educational foreign language text at each of various difficulty levels, and accordingly, generating a question bank at a low cost.
