Eliass Mechanism is a mechanical device that operated by power received from external source, this power is then employed to oscillate two masses in order to produce vertical force. The frame of Eliass Mechanism is a one single body that has one mounting-plate and six supports, two of which are at the right side with the axle that fitted into them to oscillate the right mass, also two supports are at the left side to hold the axle that oscillate the left mass. The input shaft that have two cams is installed into the two supports of the centre, and likewise the input spur gear is mounted in the input shaft that rotates and supply power to the two masses via two rods. Eliass Mechanism have four springs that shaped like the English letter (U). These four springs with the help of four shields reduce power loss, prevent shocks, and increase the vertical forces.
