FIELD: blasting operations.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosive materials (EM), which can be further used both independently — in the form of pressed parts, and in the composition of mixed explosives for defense and civil purposes using explosion energy. EM suspension is mixed in a liquid working medium with subsequent ultrasonic treatment. Crystalline secondary EM is mechanically mixed in an acoustic liquid which is immiscible and does not interact with the crystals of secondary EM at the ratio of EM : acoustic liquid in range of 0.5:30 to 2.5:30 pts. wt. Centrifugation and repeated mechanical mixing are performed. Further, ultrasonic treatment is performed in cavitation or pre-cavitation mode for 5 to 120 minutes at suspension temperature from 30 °C to 60 °C. Suspension is then filtered in vacuum to obtain crystals of secondary EM and dried at temperature of 60–80 °C for 4–16 hours.;EFFECT: higher uniformity of properties of crystals of secondary EM.;5 cl, 2 ex
