In the system of high-precision local 3D positioning of water vehicles for navigation and maneuvering on dangerous sections of inland waterways, the complex of onboard equipment includes four on-board transmitting stations located at the bow, aft and on the right and left sides of the midships of the water vehicle hull, which emit radio signals at different frequencies and are synchronized by a common highly stable reference oscillator.
