The present invention relates to a micro-vibration monitoring system, and more particularly, to a micro-vibration monitoring system having a hierarchical decision structure for efficiently operating micro-vibration monitoring system resources. A micro-vibration monitoring system having a total determination structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a first data collection unit that collects vibration data for each of a plurality of micro-vibration sensors from a plurality of micro-vibration sensors and a first section every preset period.
