The invention relates to a scale, in particular floor scale, with a, in particular rectangular, carrier frame, on which a load plate is mounted and which is supported on four weighing feet, each having a force transducer and are arranged in the four corners of the carrier frame. The carrier frame comprises four profile elements which are firmly connected to each other at the corners of the carrier frame via a respective corner element to which the weighing feet are attached, in particular welded,wherein the profile elements each have at least one top and one outside. In the respective corner of the carrier frame, the two upper sides of the two ends of the two connected there profile elements are spaced from each other, wherein the distance is bridged by the respective corner element.
