System (10) for classification of biomedical images (1), where the system (10) comprises:a capture unit (2) used to capture the biomedical images (1) of a subject from a plurality of biomedical units with the subject data, wherein the biomedical units comprise a set of bioimage generating units, wherein a smartphone operates with a computer readable program, to process the results of the biomedical units and to generate the filtered biomedical images;a filter unit (3) used for preprocessing the filtered biomedical images obtained from the subject using an image preprocessing unit (4), wherein the image preprocessing unit (4) performs filtering, normalization and removal of the unwanted information from the biomedical images obtained; anda classification unit (5),which is used to classify the biomedical image (1) by a machine learning algorithm, wherein the machine learning algorithm is a machine learning based model learned from a large set of biomedical image training data (1) from a large subject with its biomedical image (1) and subject data,where the machine learning algorithm compares the characteristics of the entered biomedical image with the processed data of the biomedical image (1), and classifies the type of biomedical image (1) based on preset criteria of conformity of the characteristics of the biomedical image; where deep learning classifies the biomedical image (1) as corresponding to the associated image characteristics based on the classification of the biomedical image.
