The present invention relates to a recognition and merit device allowing the identification of events. It consists of several reward elements characterized in that each reward element represents an event. These reward elements are combined with other reward elements with the presence or not of a support element. Without a support element, the maintenance of the reward elements can be done by tightening because the clearance between the elements to be assembled is negative. In the case of the presence of a support element, each reward element can be maintained on a support element in different ways such as interlocking or by magnetization. Each award item can be event identification media by color or engraving. Example: gold, silver and bronze for top 3, transparent for unranked. However, neutral elements can complete the assembly of reward elements in the case of non-participation in one or more events. This can be materialized by a particular color like black. The device according to the invention is intended to offer a new mode of reward based on the idea of developing, analyzing and evaluating one's performance over a set of predefined stages in the associative, sports or even entrepreneurial world.
