FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to LTE (LONG TERM EVOLUTION) cellular synchronization systems using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) to generate information symbols. For this purpose, a method of using complex sequences ZC(u,n) is proposed, in which: replacement of random binary sequences (RBS) with the number of elements n copied from the end of the symbol in the CP of the OFDM symbol, to complex Zadoff–Chu sequences with the same number of elements, which are filled with the CP and the end of the OFDM symbol with length of n elements, with reference to symbols of the central part of the frequency range of the LTE frame, transmitted from the BS to the users, if these OFDM symbols of the frame are free from the BS overhead.;EFFECT: high energy efficiency of the synchronization system, which increases the probability of correct determination of boundaries of OFDM symbols of the transmitted frame and increases the speed of synchronizing the BS with users in noisy communication channels.;1 cl, 5 dwg
