PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella cover which solves the problem of disposal of clothes, which is a problem of the whole earth, the lost item of an umbrella in public transportation, and the feeling of inconvenience caused by holding an umbrella. SOLUTION: The main body is a tubular umbrella cover made of a waterproof or waterproof clothing body and the upper end and the lower end are opened, and the upper end opening is a string squeezing type and the upper part. The string fastener 1 is attached to the two strings 4 protruding from the side, and three or more detachable members 2, 3 are provided at the ends of the two strings. The lower end opening is used by providing a loop on the surface of the main body and hanging it on a member at the lower part of the central surface.
