To provide a collapse preventing reinforcement body and a collapse preventing reinforcement method that are adequate for a natural ground of a slope at a boundary area between ground anchoring and natural ground reinforcement earthmoving.SOLUTION: A slope collapse preventing reinforcement body 12 is installed in a borehole 11, which penetrates a moving clod in a natural ground of a slope and reaches an immovable natural ground. The slope collapse preventing reinforcement body comprises: a pressure bearing member 5 disposed on a surface layer part of the natural ground; a reinforcer 6 on which a stretch area that connects the pressure bearing member 5 and the immovable natural ground and is not integrated with the natural ground is formed; and protective materials 7a and 7b that are outer pipes of the reinforcer 6. The reinforcer 6 has a flexible wire and a covering material 17 that covers the wire in order to form the stretch area across substantially entire length. The reinforcer 6 and the non-flexible protective materials 7a and 7b are fixed and integrated with each other at a tip in an axial direction. The protective materials 7a and 7b are split into at least two in the axial direction and the split protective materials 7a and 7b are connected with each other by an elastic body 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
