The present invention combines IBM's innovation leadership and IPwe's technology and experience to improve Return on Investment (“ROI”) across the entire Technology Cycle. IBM determines what goes in and comes out of the program, and has the ability to “call” the assets until they are sold, including the right to approve licenses, sales or other transactions at the IDS Special Purpose Vehicle (“SPV”) level.
