Disclosed are a product for producing a micro-nano composite product with cement and the "three wastes" as raw materials and with a low cost on a large scale, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof. The micro-nano composite product comprises: a micro-nano composite product comprising three-dimensional net-shaped and two-dimensional flake-like hydrated calcium silicate as the main components, an aragonite calcium carbonate whisker/nano white carbon black composite or calcite nano calcium carbonate/nano white carbon black composite product, and a calcium sulfate particle or whisker/nano white carbon black micro-nano composite product. A variety of micro-nano composite products are synthesized by means of the hydration reaction of cement cementitious materials. The product has a morphology encompassing zero-dimensional nanoparticles, one-dimensional nanowires, two-dimensional nanosheets, and three-dimensional nanonets, which expands the micro-nano material library.
