Provided is a GNSS single point positioning method based on spherical harmonics expansion used for describing an error term related to an elevation angle and an azimuth between a station and a satellite, and comprising calculating tropospheric delay errors and ionospheric delay errors by using GNSS observation data and satellite ephemeris data according to the station spatial location. Compared with the existing tropospheric delay correction method that use an empirical model, the position information of the observed point can be efficiently and quickly obtained, and the method has the advantages of, for example but not limited to, easy operation, convenient data processing, and high calculation efficiency.
