Material handling equipment, comprising:-a vehicle body (6);-a driver's cab;-a mast (8);-a load-bearing device (36) movable upwards and downwards on the mast (8), comprising at least one load-bearing device for receiving a load to be transported and a driver's seat carrier (24) connecting the load-bearing device to the mast (8), where the load-bearing device has a load-bearing assembly (42) connected to the driver's seat carrier (24); and– a vibration reduction device (50, 60, 70); wherethe vibration reduction device (50, 60, 70) comprises at least one gyro (52, 62, 72) designed to rotate an axis (K1, K2, K3) whereby the gyro (52, 62, 72) has a angular momentum;wherein the axis (K1, K2, K3) is aligned such that the vibrations to be reduced cause a deflection of the axis (K1, K2, K3), wherein the resulting reset torque causes a damping of the vibrations, wherein the device for reducing vibrations (50, 60, 70) comprises at least one drive device, which is designed to rotate at least one of the rotors (52, 62, 72), characterized in that at least one of the rotors (72) is simultaneously associated with two components (24, 34) of the material handling equipment, which can move relative to each other as a result of vibrations.
