A urine analyzer, a method for detecting bacteria in urine, and a storage medium. The urine analyzer comprises a sampling module (101), an object stage module (102), a microscope (103), and a processor module (104); the microscope (103) at least comprises a first imaging device (1031) and a second imaging device (1032), and the magnification of the first imaging device (1031) is lower than the magnification of the second imaging device (1032). The first imaging device (1031) is used for imaging a sample corresponding to a first visual field area of the first imaging device (1031) to obtain a first image; the processor module (104) is used for performing data processing on the first image and determining whether the sample corresponding to the first visual field area contains bacteria; the second imaging device (1032) is used for imaging, after it is determined that the sample corresponding to the first visual field area contains the bacteria, a sample corresponding to a second visual field area of the second imaging device (1032) to obtain a second image; and the processor module (104) is further used for performing data processing on the second image and determining a first analysis result of the sample.
