An augmented reality (AR)-based indoor positioning system for multi-source data fusion, comprising a processor (1), a QR identification device (2), a binocular inertial navigation camera (3), a signal source positioning device (4), and an AR display device (5). A signal connecting line is provided between the processor (1) and each of the QR identification device (2), the binocular inertial navigation camera (3), the signal source positioning device (4), and the AR display device (5). The QR identification device (2) comprises a capture module (21), an identification module (22), and a first communication module (23). The binocular inertial navigation camera (3) comprises a position data acquisition module (31), an environmental data acquisition module (32), a correspondence establishing module (33), a data conversion module (34), and a second communication module (35). The AR-based indoor positioning system for multi-source data fusion adopts a combined positioning mode, and can avoid the positioning system from crashing and failing to work normally due to insufficient robustness of a single positioning mode, and a stable and reliable indoor AR positioning system of high precision can be established.
