embodiments of the present systems and methods may provide techniques that provide an enrichment of a representation of semantic graphs with relationships that can enable a higher resolution of the semantic relationships and allow a more accurate prediction of new relationships in the graph. For example, a method for drug research and drug repositioning can create semantic relationships on the computer system based on data relating to a plurality of aspects of drugs and pharmaceutical compounds,where the created semantic relations are represented in the form of a semantic graph, learning new relationships between the semantic relations in the semantic graph on the computer system using denoising autoencoders to process the semantic graph, and the preparation of predictions for drug research and repositioning of drugs on the computer system based on the semantic relationships, including the newly found relationships.
