VIDEO LESSON SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING USER'S ATTENTION BASED ON USER'S VISUAL BEHAVIOR

Disclosed are a video teaching system and method capable of monitoring whether or not attention is focused based on a user's eye movement. A method for monitoring attention based on a user's eye movement includes: measuring binocular disparity of a user participating in an image teaching system with a dual camera; generating scanpath information by tracking the user's gaze path based on the binocular disparity; determining a degree of similarity between the user's gaze path information and gaze path information of other users participating in the video class system; and monitoring whether the user's attention is focused according to the degree of similarity.
