The present invention relates to a cupping cup capable of acupuncture in which acupuncture can be performed while the cup is operated in cupping therapy using a cupping cup. The present invention is inserted into the protrusion formed on the upper part of the cupping cup to make the inside of the cupping cup a vacuum to form a needle hole penetrating the center of the vacuum pin to discharge the internal air and block the inflow of external air, but the lower part of the needle hole is made by blocking the inside of the cupping cup with a silicone film of high elasticity.
