FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology and medicine, namely, to a biologically active substance in the form of a bioregulatory composition and a pharmaceutical composition based thereon. The biologically active substance in the form of a bioregulatory composition, exhibiting a supportive and restorative effect on the tissues and organs, expressed in preservation of the status of adhesion of cells and tissues, proliferation and differentiation of cells, as well as maintenance of the viability of cell and prevention of violation of the integrity of tissues and the intercellular space, and including fractions of a peptide-protein regulator extracted from the intercellular space of various tissues of animals, plants, and fungi, separated and collected by the methods of isoelectric focusing from the anode compartment, with the isoelectric point pI=8.0 to 10.0 and pI=3.9 to 5.5, electrophoresis, and using the method of reverse phase HPLC chromatography, and containing regulatory peptides with a molecular weight of 1,000 to 10,000, proteins with a molecular weight of 15 to 70 kDa, and fractions of active organ-specific regulator ribonucleopeptides extracted from the same various tissues of animals, plants, and fungi in the presence of a neutral cetavlon detergent and containing low molecular weight intranuclear and cytoplasmic ribonucleopeptides RNP with a sedimentation constant of 3.5 to 6.5 S (Svedberg units), wherein said obtained fractions of a peptide-protein regulator and active organ-specific regulator ribonucleopeptides, in order to form the substance, are mixed in a ratio from 1:1 to 3:1 in the presence of 10-3 M CaCl2.
