Arrangement of two mechanical engineering parts, of which the first mechanical engineering part is an elastomer component (3) and the second mechanical engineering part a metal component (2), in particular a bearing and a sealing component, and which are in contact with each other in the mounting position and perform a relative movement to each other, wherein a sliding coating is provided on at least one machine part in the contact region, characterized in that the sliding coating-consists of a bonded varnish (7) comprising a cured binder matrix containing powdered particles (8) of PA or PE or a fibrous material, or– consists of a bonding varnish comprising a hardened binder matrix containing PA or PE introduced via an alcoholic or aqueous solution; or-consists of a first layer of a lubricating varnish (7) comprising a cured binder matrix and a second layer applied thereto (11) of PA or PE applied via an alcoholic or aqueous solution, and wherein at least one wear protection agent (9) and/or lubricant (10) is introduced into the binder matrix or the second layer applied to it, wherein at least one wear protection and/or lubricant (9, 10) has a surface coating.
