The invention relates to a device for membrane filtration and removal of micro-pollutants by means of a reactive agent from liquids, wherein the device has a reaction chamber and at least one connection for feeding and/or discharging the reactive agent into and/or out of the reaction chamber, so that the micro-pollutants can be reacted with the reactive substance in the reaction chamber and/or removed from a liquid, and the reaction chamber has a first membrane and a second membrane,wherein the liquid to be treated can be filtered through the first membrane and flows into the reaction chamber, and the liquid treated in the reaction chamber with the reactive substance can be filtered through the second membrane and flowed out of the reaction chamber so that the outflow, treated liquid is essentially free of micro-pollutants.
