ANTI-CRACKING, ANTI-RUST AND AGING-RESISTANT NANO WATER-PROOF AND HEAT-INSULATING COATING AND PREPARATION PROCESS THEREFOR

An anti-cracking, anti-rust and aging-resistant nano water-proof and heat-insulating coating and a preparation process therefor, which belong to the technical field of heat-insulating coatings. A modified acrylic resin, a modified styrene-acrylic resin, a modified butylbenzene resin and a fluorocarbon resin are sequentially added into a high-speed dispersion machine; after dispersing for 10 min, a film-forming assistant and a defoaming agent are added and dispersion is continued for 15 min; deionized water and a preservative are added and dispersion is continued for 10 min; nano calcium carbonate and nano titanium dioxide are further added and dispersed for 60 min; after no particles are present, a surfactant, nano indium tin oxide and antimony trioxide are added and dispersion is continued for 10 min; and finally, an aerogel is added and dispersed for 20 min, and after same is stirred until uniform, a heat-insulating coating is obtained. The prepared coating has the advantages of a good water resistance, a high bonding strength, a strong adhesion and a good heat insulation effect.
