The present invention relates to an energy-independent power generation system for an inland aquafarm and, more particularly, relates to an energy-independent power generation system, for an inland aquafarm, which stores, purifies and electrolyzes rainwater or seawater to supply oxygen to an oxygen supplying and sterilizing apparatus of the inland aquafarm and use hydrogen for generating a direct-current power source by means of a fuel cell, and which generates a direct-current power source by means of a solar panel, converts the generated direct-current power source into an alternating-current power source and stores same, and then provides same as a driving power to the oxygen supplying and sterilizing apparatus and a water temperature control apparatus of the inland aquafarm.
