The present invention relates to a system for research discovery and startup ecosystem establishment, and more specifically, to a system for research discovery and startup ecosystem establishment in the field of future medicine and life science, wherein: an opportunity to raise the level of medical research to the world level is created by regularly scrutinizing research trends of promising technologies that will lead future medicine and providing information thereof in a timely manner; new-concept basic medical research and convergence research using same are discovered and carried out so that creative ideas can be applied even to patients; promising medical scientists who will implement such convergence research are supported and nurtured; and a research ecosystem is developed so that innovative research ideas and developed technologies are efficiently spread. To this end, the present invention comprises: a researcher support server and a researcher terminal. The researcher support server including: an open innovation module for hosting offline a meeting for a research presentation by a researcher in the field of future medicine and life science; a startup support module for supporting startups based on the research results of the researcher; a trend sharing module for sharing, to the outside, research activity information of at least one of the researcher's startup case, latest trend report, and contribution; and a research discovery support module for supporting the researcher so that the researcher discovers promising research under study and links same to clinical research for commercialization. The researcher terminal being configured to transmit and receive offline meeting information, startup consulting information, research activity information, and clinical research support request information through the researcher support server.
