A power system of a hybrid fuel cell bus, comprising: a fuel cell stack (10); a supercapacitor (30) coupled to the fuel cell stack (10) and charged by the fuel cell stack (10); a traction motor (40) derived from the fuel cell stack (10) or is supplied with electric power from both the fuel cell stack (10) and the supercapacitor (30) to propel a vehicle and which supplies electric power generated by regenerative braking to the supercapacitor (30);a motor control unit (45) which receives an input controlling electric power into the traction motor (40) and an output of electric power from the traction motor (40); characterized bya first auxiliary battery (50) and a second auxiliary battery (60) having different voltages from each other and supplying electric power to a first electric part and a second electric part using different voltages, respectively, the first auxiliary battery (50) producing electric power supplies the first electric part adapted to run a fuel cell vehicle and the second auxiliary battery (60) supplies electric power to the second electric part adapted to run an internal combustion engine vehicle; and a stack starting part (20) electrically coupled to one of the first auxiliary battery (50) and the second auxiliary battery (60) for operating the fuel cell stack (10), wherein the stack starting part (20) is configured to start prior to starting the fuel cell stack ( 10) to be supplied with electric power from the first auxiliary battery (50), and configured to be supplied with electric power from the fuel cell stack (10) after starting the fuel cell stack (10).
