The present invention relates to a composite ply-twisted reinforcing yarn using an aramid filament and a short-fiber spun yarn for use as a heat-resistant high-pressure rubber hose of an internal combustion engine. It expresses the rigidity of the filament and improves the physical and chemical adhesion performance by utilizing the excellent elongation of meta-aramid wound as an outer layer and the hair of the spun yarn. It is possible to provide an aramid ply-twisted yarn composite dip cord for an extruded heat-resistant high-pressure rubber hose that improves the mechanical strength and adhesion of the silicone hose, which is the final product, by 20 to 40%.
