FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology in the field of metallurgy and, in particular, to a method and equipment for the manufacture using layer-by-layer additive growth of an aluminum alloy ingot with a crystal structure with a completely equiaxed grain using a rapidly solidifying melt. A device for manufacturing a cast aluminum alloy ingot having a crystal structure with a fully equiaxed grain using the technologies of layer-by-layer additive growth and rapid solidification contains a metal heating mechanism and a negative pressure cooling mechanism. The metal heating mechanism is located above the negative pressure cooling mechanism and is connected to it through a nozzle (5). The negative pressure cooling mechanism comprises a vacuum chamber (8) having an air inlet (12) and an air outlet (13), as well as a three-dimensional ingot movement mechanism located inside the vacuum chamber (8). The mechanism for three-dimensional movement of the ingot contains a movable ingot (18) and a platform (10) of two-dimensional movement, vertically connected to the movable ingot (18). The water cooling mechanism is located outside the movable ingot (18), while the movable ingot (18) is driven by a precision motor (11) to move accurately up and down.;EFFECT: increase in the density of an alloy ingot, a decrease in oxidation of an alloy ingot, an increase in the efficiency of production of cast ingots, while cast ingots of aluminum and its alloys with a crystal structure with an equiaxed grain without segregation of macroscopic elements can be quickly obtained.;5 cl, 7 dwg, 2 ex
