Disclosed are an isosorbide-based urethane acrylate copolymer for use in 3D printing and a method for preparing the same. The urethane acrylate copolymer is represented by Structural Formula 1 and has excellent hardness and light transmittance by including PDMS and isosorbide. [Structural Formula 1] In Structural Formula 1, R 1 is or ego, R 4 and R 5 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a C1 to C5 alkyl group, p is any one of integers from 1 to 3, R 6 to R 8 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a C1 to C5 alkyl group, R 2 are each independently a C1 to C5 alkylene group, R 3 is each independently a hydrogen atom or a C1 to C5 alkyl group, n 1 and n 3 are each independently any one of an integer from 1 to 1,000, n 2 is any one of an integer from 1 to 1,000, A and B are different from each other, and each independently or ego, R 9 is each independently a C1 to C5 alkylene group, R 10 to R 13 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a C1 to C5 alkyl group, r is an integer from 1 to 100.
