Reinforced concrete pole tensile strength monitoring system of the present invention, circular reinforcing bars and a pole reinforcing bar network consisting of longitudinal reinforcing bars connecting the circular reinforcing bars; a first detection line connected to one of the circular reinforcing bars located on the ground surface when the electric pole is installed; a second detection line connected to one of the circular reinforcing bars located below the ground surface when the electric pole is installed; and a monitoring device for determining the damage to the electric pole from the impedance detection value between the first detection line and the second detection line.
