A diaphragm for a miniature sound generating device and a miniature sound generating device are disclosed. The diaphragm for the miniature sound generating device is made of a polyacrylate copolymer, a plasticizer is mixed in the polyacrylate copolymer, the mass fraction of the polyacrylate copolymer itself is 100 parts, and the plasticizer is an aliphatic dibasic acid and at least one of ester-based, phthalate-based, benzene polyacid ester-based, benzoic acid ester-based, polyol ester-based, chlorinated hydrocarbon-based, epoxide-based, citric acid ester-based and polyester-based types. The diaphragm has better acoustic performance.
