FIELD: rocket and torpedo engineering.;SUBSTANCE: method for the protection of state ice borders in water area of the Russian Federation in the Arctic Ocean includes a system for detecting and destroying an infringer of borders belonging to the Russian Federation. The infringer detection system clearly records infringer coordinates and transmits it to the Border Protection Control Center, the infringer is determined. The Center uses an explosion to arrange a glade with a diameter of at least 20 m, and then, the destruction system launches a high-precision torpedo rocket from the ground or a swimming vehicle into this glade, self-targets at the infringer’s object and destroys it with a probability close to 100%. ;EFFECT: increased reliability of border protection and ease of execution.;1 cl, 1 dwg
