The present invention provides a method for extracting extracellular matrix from human-derived adipose tissue around the kidneys, comprising the steps of: (a) mincing the adipose tissue around the kidneys isolated from the human body; (b) drying the chopped adipose tissue around the kidney; (c) delipidating the dried adipose tissue around the kidneys; and (d) decellularizing the delipidated adipose tissue around the kidney.
