It relates to a cosmetic container of a multi-action type stick that can provide convenience for storage and use of cosmetic materials through the container elevating and lowering. The present invention has the effect that the cosmetic container has a complex function in which the outer cover can be raised and lowered in a complex manner at the same time as the dial-type elevating action without changing the existing external appearance or expanding the size.
