The present invention relates to a method for detecting a target biomarker using a double antibody-linked immune sandwich assay, comprising: superparamagnetic nanoparticles immobilized with an antibody; and a polymersome on which a signal amplifying material is supported and an antibody is bound; a composition for detecting a target biomarker comprising the same, and a method for detecting a target biomarker using the same.
