A display position control apparatus of an augmented reality heads-up display is disclosed. The display position control apparatus of the augmented reality head-up display of the present invention includes: an eye level recognition unit for recognizing a driver's eye level; a driving condition detecting unit for detecting the driving condition of the vehicle; a display controller configured to detect a content eye box to display content based on the driver's eye level and driving condition; and a HUD control unit for displaying the contents through the HUD display unit in the content eye box detected by the display control unit.
