The present invention patent application pertains to the medical sector and comprises a long-lasting resorbable subcutaneous implant with sustained release of a pre-concentrated pharmacologically active substance in a polymer for the treatment of Parkinson's disease. The implant is inserted subcutaneously and provides continuous release of the active substance for a prolonged period of time, guaranteeing a drug serum level that is effective and constant in the supplementary treatment of Parkinson's disease. The composition of the implant may include particles of NADH uniformly dispersed in a bioerodible and bioabsorbable polymer matrix. The implant may have a polymer coating membrane and the polymer used for the coating may be bioabsorbable and enable passage of the active substance.
