The invention relates to a DC/DC converter circuit for phase-modulated communication, comprising: a push-pull driver (2) to which a reference clock (ref_clk) having a fixed predefined frequency can be applied on the input side; a transformer (3) having a primary and secondary coil (31, 32), wherein the push-pull driver (2) is connected to the primary coil (31) on the output side; a synchronous rectifier (4) that is only connected to the secondary coil on the AC-side; a resonant circuit (Cr0, Lr) having at least one capacitance (Cr0) and an inductance (Lr), wherein the resonant circuit (Cr0, Lr) is designed in such a way that at least one part of the resonant circuit (Lr) is formed on a primary side (33) of the transformer (30) and another part (Cro) of the resonant circuit is formed on a secondary side (34) of the transformer (30); a decoupling inductor (L0) connected on a secondary side (33) of the transformer (30) and downstream of the synchronous rectifier (40), which is not part of the resonant circuit; and an output capacitor (Cout) connected in series with the decoupling inductor (L0), via which an output voltage (Uout) is provided.
