The soil additive is presented in the form of a granulate or pellet, containing a compound compound bound and granulated or pelleted with a mineral component consisting of a crushed mixture of sewage sludge produced from the combustion of sewage sludge, consisting of a fertiliser component consisting of an organic mineral and/or organic mineral fertilisers and a microbiologically active component consisting of soil fungi and/or soil bacteria.
