摘要
A method for preparing red blood cell membrane encapsulated Newcastle disease virus vesicles, comprising the following steps: uniformly mixing a packed red blood cell solution, a PBS solution, and NDV; centrifuging the obtained red blood cell mixed solution with NDV added thereto; and re-suspending and precipitating the centrifuged red blood cell mixed solution by means of using the PBS solution to obtain the red blood cell membrane encapsulated Newcastle disease virus vesicles. By means of binding abundant sialic acid receptors which are present on the surface of a red blood cell membrane to HN protein of Newcastle disease virus, an acting site of a neutralizing antibody can be blocked; secondly, NDV can enter a red blood cell, further preventing NDV from stimulating the antiviral immune response of a host; and thirdly, the "don't eat me" protein CD47 on the red blood cell membrane can directly interact with a signal regulatory protein α on the surface of a phagocytic cell to send a "don't eat me" signal, thereby inhibiting the phagocytic cleaning function of macrophages and improving the therapeutic effect of drugs.
