Disclosed are a multifunctional superplasticizer for ultra-high performance concrete and a preparation method therefor. The main chain of the multifunctional superplasticizer for ultra-high performance concrete is an alkyl chain. As for the side chains, in addition to several side chains with a carboxylic acid or a carboxylate salt at the end and several polyether side chains, the multifunctional superplasticizer further has several polyol amido side chains with the end substituted with phosphoric acid or phosphorous acid. The polyol amido side chains with the end substituted with phosphoric acid or phosphorous acid are linked to the main chain via a phenyl or an alkyl with 1-9 carbons. In addition, the ratio of the number of side chains with a carboxylic acid or a carboxylate salt at the end with respect to the total number of side chains is greater than or equal to zero and ≤ 0.8, and the ratio of the number of polyether side chains with respect to the total number of side chains is ≥ 0.1 and ≤ 0.9. The superplasticizer for ultra-high performance concrete comprehensively enhances the adhesion capability to all cementitious materials, thus weakening the particle friction. Compared with the prior art, the present invention remarkably improves the fluidity of ultra-high performance concrete, and reduces the viscosity thereof.
