Disclosed is a PVC floor added with a coal gangue powder, the PVC floor comprising a UV coating layer, a wear-resisting layer, a printing layer, a filling layer and a stabilizing layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the filling layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-26 parts of a PVC resin, 60-70 parts of a stone powder, 5-8 parts of a plasticizer, 1-5 parts of a flame retardant and 1-2 parts of a heat stabilizer, with the stone powder comprising at least one of a coal gangue powder, a marble powder and a granite powder; and the stabilizing layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-30 parts of a PVC resin, 30-40 parts of a coal gangue powder, 25-45 parts of a plasticizer, 3-6 parts of a lubricant, 1-5 parts of a flame retardant and 1-2 parts of a heat stabilizer. Waste utilization is carried out on coal gangue, with same serving as a filler of a PVC floor, so that the production cost of the PVC floor is reduced, and the pressure-bearing stability of the PVC floor is also improved, such that the PVC floor is not easy to break and upwarp, and has a good usability and a long service life.
