The present invention relates to a precise visual stimulation control method in a brain-computer interface. Using visual stimulation to induce a specific electroencephalogram signal mode and identifying the electroencephalogram signal mode in real time are common practices for a brain-computer interface. However, due to the effect of process scheduling, a process responsible for displaying visual stimulation is sometimes scheduled out of a CPU, and the precision of the visual stimulation and the identification effect of the electroencephalogram signal mode are difficult to ensure. The present invention designs a control method to support precise visual stimulation in a brain-computer interface. A software system for implementing said method comprises three components: a generator, an actuator and a controller. The generator automatically generates an image sequence according to experiment requirements. The actuator is a component running on a GPU. At the start of an experiment, the controller asynchronously calls an interface of the actuator to start the actuator; the actuator displays, in a precise manner, the image sequence generated by the generator; and at the end of the experiment, the controller asynchronously calls the interface of the actuator to stop the display of visual stimulation.
