The present application provides a data processing method, and a performance evaluation method and system of a wind generating set. The data processing method is used for processing an SCADA data set, collected by an SCADA system, of a wind generating set and comprises: obtaining at least part of data in the SCADA data set to serve as a data set to be processed, the data set to be processed comprising a plurality of data sets, and each data set comprises a plurality of kinds of data representing different information at the same moment; and performing data screening processing on the data set to be processed to obtain a processed data set. The step of performing data screening processing on the data set to be processed comprises at least one data screening step, and the data screening step comprises: classifying data in the data set to be processed into a plurality of clusters by using a clustering algorithm; and removing a singular value in each cluster and other data of the data set comprising the singular value.
