Provided are an effective isotropic radiated power control method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: a base station sending a measurement request to a user equipment; the base station respectively receiving a beam ID, a beam level value and position information, which correspond to the user equipment and are sent by the user equipment, and determining a downtilt angle of the base station according to position information of the base station, and the beam ID, beam level value and position information corresponding to the user equipment; the base station determining an air beam set within a preset range; and for any beam A in the air beam set, if the initial effective isotropic radiated power of the beam A is greater than a preset threshold, the base station adjusting the initial effective isotropic radiated power of the beam A, so as to obtain target effective isotropic radiated power of the beam A. By means of the above means, the aim of adaptively adjusting the effective isotropic radiated power (EIRP) of a beam can be achieved.
